Foreign Buyers causing Israeli govt to seek affordable housing solutions

The drastic increase of Buyers from outside of Israel over the last few years has helped drive prices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv out of reach for many Israelis, especially young people. The government is now looking into ways to creatively provide some “affordable housing” for many of it’s own. Article in Haaretz
