Another loft project in one of my favorite Tel Aviv neighborhoods, Florentine.  Yoveali Florentine, features lofts in the 60 to 110 meter range and are priced from 800,000 to 1,600,000 shekels.  At today’s exchange rates, that would be $210,800 to $421,600.
