People are paying record prices for places on Hayarkon Street these days.  Hayarkon is the street that runs parallel to the beaches of Tel Aviv, it is one of the 2 closest streets to the Mediterranean.  A recent record property sale per square meter in Herzliya Pituach may soon be broken by a Penthouse at 96 Hayarkon with a hefty $40,000 per square meter asking price.
