Beersheva to be site of Israel’s largest mall

According to entrepeneur Eli Lahav, CEO of the Lahav Group, his company intends to build a “green” shopping mall in Beersheva that will stretch over 100,000 square meters at an investment of $180 million. Lahav estimates the mall will be a reality in three years. The design will include many “green features” and will incorporate a center combining recreation, leisure and a communal center. He says it will be a huge youth cultural center.
