The Ramada Hotel & Suites is a vacation apartment hotel containing one and two bedroom suites. 

When you purchase a suite, it belongs to you in full and private ownership for you and your family’s vacation use.  You use your private suite for up to ninety days each year.  This is usually more than required for the average vacation stay by overseas property owners in Israel.  Owners wishing to extend their stay can do so by paying a discounted room rate for periods over the permited ninety days.
 
Owners are not required to pay any of the service charges or maintenance costs.  This is a huge saving on ongoing costs.  The expenses of operating this 5 star facility are recovered by the rental income derived by Ramada renting out the suites to incoming tourists, business people, and conference visitors, when the owners are not using their units.
 
At the end of each year profits derived from the suite rentals are shared 50/50 between the Management Company and the owners.
 
This makes for a cost-free and profitable vacation home in Israel.
 
Sizes of the suites are between 50-75 sq.m. plus outside balcony.
 
Prices start from $285,000 for a fully furnished and equipped suite.
 
Completion is expected in November 2010.
